I'm Gaby Roth and I'm a professional chef based in New York. When I moved to New York in 2018 and was working a finance job by day, I started hosting dinners for friends and family in my backyard. With each dinner came a further appreciation for cooking and hospitality, ultimately causing me to pivot careers into the food/restaurant industry in the Fall of 2021. I love to incorporate vegetables and herbs from my garden into my home cooking and catering, and I'm excited to share my food with all of you!
